• You hire us as a subcontractor and we invoice your company
• All jobs are inventoried within 48 hours
• You get a 10% discount if the invoice is paid within 30 days
• You get a 5% discount if the invoice is paid after 30 days. A finance charge of 1 1/2% will be added to all invoices over 30 days.
• Collection responsibility is yours and your company is responsible for payment.

• You receive a job estimate and an inventory within 48 hours of pickup
• We will pick up at your warehouse or directly from the homeowner

• We invoice the insurance company directly. Direct billing to the insurance company allows us to send an invoice for the dry cleaning portion of each job within two weeks of pickup date. Typically, we will receive payment within thirty days. You get paid faster and so do we. As soon as we receive payment, we will issue your company a check for your referral fee.
• You get a negotiable referral fee on all directly billed jobs
• As soon as we get a payment from the insurance company, you will receive notification and your referral fee. (We are typically paid within 30 days of invoicing)
